1.Chair Neck Stretch
Relieve neck stiffness and improve focus with this easy stretch. Sit tall with your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands on the seat of your chair and turn your head toward your right shoulder while tightening your whole body.
Hold for 10-15 seconds, then switch sides.
2. Goddess Twist
Brace your body and tighten your core. Open your legs to the sides as much as possible and have your knees bent at 90-degree angles. Place your hands on your knees. Lean forward, and twist your torso to one side.
Hold this pose for 30 seconds before repeating it to the other side.
3. Chair Seated Side Stretch Pose
This pose is great for releasing tension in the shoulders and sides of your torso. Sit straight and extend one arm overhead while keeping the other on the seat of the chair beside you. Lean gently to the opposite side.
Hold for 15-20 seconds, then switch sides.
